Our club is having an important endorsement meeting on Thursday, January 28 where we will be considering endorsing a successor to Loni Hancock, who is termed out from her State Senate Seat.  The candidates whom we will be considering are former Assembly Members Nancy Skinner and Sandre Swanson as well as education activist Katherine Welch.

We also will be hearing from Assembly Members Rob Bonta and Tony Thurmond.

Finally, the Coordinating Committee is proposing that the Club run candidates for a few seats on the Alameda County Democratic Central Committee.
